Why is there no free trial?

Stacy gets smarter over time. A 7-day trial doesn't give you enough time to experience what she becomes. The price is also a filter — it ensures the people using Mystacy are the people it's built for. We review every application personally and only accept users we believe will get real value.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current term. We'd rather you stay because Stacy is worth it — not because we're holding you hostage.
Is my data private? What does "encrypted by design" actually mean?

Your data is encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM before it ever leaves your browser. The database stores only ciphertext. Even we cannot read your notes, tasks, or conversations. AI context is decrypted in your browser before Claude API calls — never on a server. See our Privacy page for the full technical breakdown.
How does the waitlist work?

Submit your email and we review your application personally — usually within 5–7 business days. If you're a fit, you'll receive an invitation directly. You can move up the list by sharing your personal referral link, which moves you up 5 spots per referral. We prioritize physicians, founders, and senior operators.
What is the SMS agent and how does it work?

You get a dedicated number to text Stacy from any phone. She has full context of your account — tasks, contacts, history — and responds intelligently via SMS. Text a task, ask a question, capture an idea. She handles it. No app required. It's powered by Twilio and routes to your account via your phone number.
Is Mystacy HIPAA compliant?

Mystacy is designed with HIPAA considerations in mind — client-side encryption, zero-knowledge architecture, and no plaintext storage. We recommend Sovereign tier for medical professionals and can discuss BAA arrangements. That said, we advise against storing identifiable patient data in any third-party system without your legal team's sign-off.
Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrading is instant. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Most users who start on Essential move to Professional within 60 days — not because we push them to, but because Stacy becomes indispensable and they want more of her.
